Outback Ready One Year Limited Warranty

Pro Water Products, LLC, doing business as ESP Water Products and also known as ESP Water ("we," "us," or "our"), provides this Limited Warranty to the original end-user purchaser of a new Outback Ready water filtration system, its included components, or a separately purchased Outback replacement filter sold and delivered in the United States.

For one (1) year from the original retail purchase date, we warrant the purchased product against defects in materials and workmanship, including assembly performed by us, under use and storage consistent with the product instructions. A separately purchased replacement filter has its own one-year warranty period beginning on its purchase date.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IMPLIED WARRANTIES PROVIDED BY PRO WATER PRODUCTS, LLC, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO ONE YEAR FROM THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASE DATE.

Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

ESP Water Products and ESP Water identify the same warranty provider, Pro Water Products, LLC. Outback Water LLC owns the Outback brand. Pro Water Products, LLC operates under license and is the sole provider of the voluntary repair, replacement, and refund obligations stated in this Limited Warranty. Outback Water LLC does not undertake a separate voluntary warranty obligation under this document. This does not exclude responsibility either company may have under applicable law or another binding representation.

Filters are consumable components. This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in filters. It does not cover normal media exhaustion, accumulation of contaminants, clogging, or routine replacement required by the instructions. Reduced flow, changes in taste or odor, and reduced treatment capacity are not, by themselves, proof of a manufacturing defect. Using or wetting a filter does not automatically terminate manufacturing-defect coverage.

Water-treatment performance depends on source-water characteristics, contaminant types and concentrations, correct assembly, sanitation, maintenance, storage, and timely filter replacement. This Limited Warranty does not provide an additional guarantee that every water source will be safe to drink, that every contaminant will be removed, or that every filter will achieve a fixed service life or treatment volume. These provisions do not negate specific, binding performance representations or rights provided by applicable law.

The warranty period does not extend filter replacement intervals. Warranty duration is separate from published storage-life claims. Storage or first use does not restart the warranty period.

This Limited Warranty excludes normal wear and damage or failure caused by accidents, impact, misuse, abuse, improper assembly by the user, improper sanitation or maintenance, improper storage, or operation outside the conditions stated in the instructions. It also excludes damage caused by alterations, repairs, or incompatible components. An exclusion applies only to the extent the excluded condition caused the claimed damage or failure. Using third-party parts or service does not, by itself, void this warranty.

For a covered defect, we will, at our option, repair the defective component or replace the defective component or product with a new component or product of equivalent or better function. Covered parts and labor are provided without charge. If replacement is unavailable and repair is not commercially practicable or cannot be completed within a reasonable time, we will refund the purchase price paid for the affected product upon its return. We may also offer a refund if you agree to accept it. Any greater remedy required by law remains available.

We will pay or reimburse reasonable standard shipping charges within the United States necessary to resolve a verified covered claim. Contact us before shipping. Any additional shipping arrangements or charges will be disclosed before you incur them, subject to applicable law. If a claim is not covered, we will explain the reason and disclose any proposed optional service or return-shipping charges before you agree to them.

To the extent permitted by law, these are the exclusive remedies for breach of this Limited Warranty. Repair or replacement does not restart the original warranty period, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

1. Report the claimed defect during the warranty period by telephone or email. Provide reasonable proof of purchase, the product model, and a description of the problem.
2. Reasonably cooperate with our review. We may request photographs, relevant use and storage information, or inspection of the affected product.
3. Obtain return instructions and a Return Authorization Number before shipping. We will provide the appropriate return address and instructions for any required return.

A claim reported during the warranty period will not be denied solely because our inspection or processing finishes after that period expires.

You may save or print this complete warranty. To request a free paper copy before or after purchase, call 1 (877) 377-9876. We will provide a paper copy promptly and free of charge to consumers or sellers who request one. Internet access and product registration are not required to request a paper copy or report a warranty claim.

Retain your proof of purchase and the warranty version provided or made available for your purchase. Later website revisions do not reduce the warranty benefits applicable to an earlier purchase.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FOR CLAIMS BASED SOLELY ON BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, PRO WATER PRODUCTS, LLC AND OUTBACK WATER LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL ECONOMIC DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE. THEIR COMBINED LIABILITY FOR SUCH CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE AFFECTED PRODUCT.

THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, FRAUD, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, OR REMEDY THAT APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT PERMIT TO BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Texas law governs this Limited Warranty, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in this Limited Warranty excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
